As I introduced it yesterday, I have not dated with my wife and been sexless since two and half years ago. Japanese law shows that if the couple lives separately over five years, partner of couple can claim to divorce in former judge. 最初に言っておきますが、こんな題名ですが浮気をしたい訳ではありません。 昨日も書きましたように、私は嫁と２年半別々に暮しており、その間はセックスレスです。日本の法律では５年以上別居生活を送ると、婚姻を継続しがたい事由に該当し離婚を申し出る事が出来るのが通例だったようです。 However, the judge recently allows the one of couple to claim to divorce, if the couple lives separately for three years. So far we live separately for two and half years, I might claim to divorce after half year. ただ、最近では３年で離婚の申し出を許可している判例も出てきているようです。現時点で、私は嫁と２年半別居生活をしていますので、あと半年この状態が続けば離婚を請求する事が出来るという事になりそうです。 Now, I am wondering that some couple lives separately for a long time, whether they do not cheat on the partner or not. Or generally speaking, when the partner can cheat on. By the way, this does not mean that I want to cheat on my wife. 時々、不思議に思う事があるのですが、長い期間別居をしている夫婦っていますよね。そのような夫婦って浮気したりする事はないのでしょうか。または、一般的にどれくらい別居していれば浮気してもOKって感じになるのでしょうか。ちなみに、私が浮気をしたくて言っている訳ではないです＾＾； I have never cheated on my wife for about six years so that I will not like other lady so easily. However, There is one lady whom I have liked before I got to know my wife. She is Aichan although I usually do not like TV talent. 私は後１ヶ月間で嫁と付き合って６年浮気をした事ない事になります。そんな理由でそう簡単には浮気をしたいとか他の女性が好きとか思う事はないでしょう。そして、こんな事を言うと軽蔑されるかもしれません。ただ、実は私は嫁と知り合う６年以上前からずっと好きな女性がいるのです・・・ その女性は目覚ましテレビの愛ちゃんです。気持ち悪い事いいましてすいません。ただ、日本のテレビを好きでないし、テレビタレントを好きな人がいないので、日本のテレビは４年以上持っていません。そんな理由であまりタレントも知らないんですよね！ |
